Despite the mandates ending, customers must continue to wear a mask, fully covering their nose, mouth, and chin, while inside the premises and for any face-to-face interactions with staff. Hand sanitizer is available for your use in-store. If for any reason you cannot wear a mask, please contact us in advance by phone or e-mail to arrange shopping alternatives for you.
At La Cabaña we are happy to continue offering Take-out and Curbside Pick-Up. At La Tiendita we are back to 100% capacity though we may limit crowding as we see fit. Our scheduled delivery service remains available; check out the Lockdown Delivery page for details.
We appreciate you assessing yourselves for any COVID-19 symptoms before entering. COVID-19 self-assessment (ontario.ca) is a useful tool. If you are exhibiting any symptoms, please do not enter and contact us for shopping alternatives instead. All staff members are fully vaccinated and we continue to monitor ourselves and each other.
Usually we love chatting with you and explaining more about our food items and products. However, in the interest of keeping trips short to minimize exposure for us all, we ask that you come in with your lists ready and only grab what you're buying. We're happy to answer your questions in more detail via email.
Finally, we're happy to share that so far we haven't had any disagreeable customers so thank you for that. Opinions certainly vary so we appreciate you respecting our decisions in how we run our small business in these very trying times. Rude and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated so remember to practice patience and be kind.
If you choose to place your order in-store, we may ask you to wait outside while we get it ready. This is to keep exposure to a minimum, to keep us all as safe as possible. Cash, debit and e-transfers (done in advance of pick-up) are accepted forms of payment.
Availability is limited and same-day service isn't guaranteed. We don't subscribe to any delivery platforms so orders must be placed by either calling or emailing us directly. Your order may include La Cabaña meals & La Tiendita products. There is a $50 min. plus a distance-based fee: $5 Flat Rate within 5km, goes up from there. Only e-transfers are accepted as a form of payment.

We are more than happy to arrange curbside pick-up for you. Either call or email us to place your orders and we will set a convenient pick-up time. It can take some back and forth, depending on the details provided and product availability so while we strive for same-day service, it's not always possible.
